The bungalow despite of heavy massing manages to showcase a sense of lightness and transparency through a thoughtful layering of materials, elements and spaces. Instead of stacking same plans one above the other, the structure rises above energetically giving rise to a series of playful volumes. The grey and white colour tone enhances the elevation and gives a fresh and calm appearance. The planters add a soothing touch to the otherwise neutral palette. The simplistic and straightforward approach give clarity and helps to produce a well-planned
built environment with predictable and uncomplicated spaces.
