The bungalow holds a charm and inevitable comfort. The architecture features including rectangular openings, vertical fin like elements, glass parapet and spiral staircase given it a touch of modern design. The pyramid shaped roof adds a distinctive identity to it.
The architectural orchestration revolves around the internal and external play of solids and voids rather than a rigid geometrical organization. The void is articulated to create a wide balcony on the front edge, to connect the users with the outside world. The volumetric exploration gives rise to impressive spatial qualities within the built and in the exteriors.
