Show flats are the simplest yet the most difficult spaces to decorate. They are simple since we don’t have to bother about the functionality of the space and we have freedom to use our personal choice, difficult as we don’t have a soul that we are going to satisfy completely.

Nonetheless, we like working on show flats especially when they belong to the luxury segment. This four-bedroom apartment has complete straight-line modern interiors overlooking clear skies over the national highway. Pure air and light are allowed to come in from all corners of the flat. We did this intentionally as most people come during the day to have a look at the flat.

The furniture, furnishings, fixtures, chandeliers and artifacts have been all created at the NCDS to add extra lavishness to the flat.
